Type a pinyin string (must be a string of valid syllables followed by numbers, spaces do not matter (e.g. ni2hao3)) to hear how it sounds.

Note: this is meant to be a very simple way of hearing how a string of syllables is pronounced, it is not meant to be a Text-to-Speech system or simulate what a real speaker sounds like (but maybe in the future :).

I have recieved reports that occasionally the .wav files generated are corrupt, causing loud static to be played instead of the actual sound. I am working on a fix, but in the meantime you might want to turn your speakers down just in case.
